Lockwood Selector 3782 Short Backset Key Override DX Digital Mortice Locks



The 3782 DX Digital Mortice Lock 23mm Backset is a combination of the 3782 Series Cylinder Mortice Lock, Lockwood 4900 or 5900 Series Internal lever and Digital Access Pad to provide keyless entry.

The lock's inbuilt clutching mechanism allows the outside turnknob to rotate without operating or damaging the lock, while ensuring extra security especially when it's under forced attack.

The lock has a factory set 4 digit code which can be easily changed to any 4 to 6 digit code.


High purity zinc alloy material cases with stainless steel faceplates.
Brass faceplates available for alternative finishes.
23mm standard backset with extended backsets from 25.4mm 30mm, and 127mm made available.
Requires door stop to be machined to clear the digital codepad.
38mm backset locks are recommended on open-in doors.
15mm auxiliary stainless steel latchbolts, electric strike compatible, with separate auxiliary bolt moving into lock case simultaneously with latch bolt.
Reversible for both left and right hand doors.
Radius bolt provides greater deadlatch throw and smoother closing action.
Requires standard Lockwood oval shaped brass cylinders and brass barrels. Lockwood cylinders include bump resistant five pin tumbler mechanism.
Suitable for 43mm to 46mm thick metal doors.
Suits hollow-style aluminium door sections with 38mm minimum internal depth.
Requires 3mm door clearance for both security and correct functioning of the delatching mechanism. Door clearances over 5mm is not recommended.


All Selector® 3780 Series Cylinder Mortice Locks conform with Level S7 (Physical Security) Australian Lock Standard (AS-4145.2-2008). Conforms to Level S8 (Physical Security) when fitted with door furniture and anti-drill cylinder.
